Soul-Sip™ Year 1
Soul-Sip™ is a mindful development platform for teaching guided meditation and wine appreciation classes. The word soul can be defined as the immaterial part of a person, the actuating cause of an individual life. The word sip refers to a small ingestion of liquid. Soul-Sip™ is the action of consciously engaging the soul in the course of sipping a glass of wine.
When you sit for meditation, you use a mat, cushion or a chair, to help create a safe, sacred space for your practice. In Soul-Sip™ classes we use a Sense of Place Mat (placemat) on a table to establish sacred meditation space, reflect on the five core meditations (Soul Surrender, Soul Center, Soul Savor, Soul Vibration and Soul Desire), complete a simple chakra reading exercise, make tasting notes on your wine and to set intentions to work on beyond the session.
At the end of class you can roll up your mat and take it with you as a reference for the next phase of your spiritual journey!
